I finished reading this book yesterday, and like all of Kyra Davis' novels LOVED it. Sophie's wry wit cracks me up, and her relationship with Anatoly continually keeps me guessing about the direction they will take next. Speaking of which, how about that Epilogue? No spoilers - just asking the question. :)

ReplyDeleteKyra had me rolling with the Disney/Peach/Taffeta references. And what about Maryann's fiance... is he in the closet, or what?
I guessed completely wrong about the end and must say that's why I gave the book 4 out of 5 stars. Toward the final chapters, I was all "Come on already - give us a clue here, Kyra!" Unless she actually gave us clues and I missed them. Anyway, I loved this book despite my cluelessness.
