Incarceron

Fall reading is well underway! Switching gears from our usual contemporary women's fiction reading genre, the next book in our reading lineup is the first in a series called Incarceronby Catherine Fisher. Personally, my peeps and I chose this book after picking up a copy of Sapphique, the second part of the Incarceron series, at a school Scholastic book fair, then backtracked and ordered Incarceron via Amazon Prime. The best part? We're guaranteed a next bookclub read. *woohoo!*

So what are people saying about this book? Let's sneak a peek:
"I could endlessly praise Incarceron. It's one of the best books I've read all year (and I read fairly often). I would suggest picking it up even if it doesn't sound like the storyline is to your taste. I put off reading it, and what a mistake that turned out to be!"
~ Barbara A. Varacalli, Amazon Customer & Book Reviewer

"Incarceron was a tremendously original and enjoyable stand-alone novel, suitable for children and adults who enjoyed Harry Potter and Percey Jackson. I can't wait... until I get my hands on the sequel/part 2 of this fine series. "
~ James Tepper, Amazon Customer & Book Reviewer
